Monday, August 11, 2025 ( 12:13 AM ) melrose Hi,Everyone .... yes, we are still here ... and have not been sending messages as we seem to keep busy everyday ... seemingly doing many things. The big thing we are doing these days ... is preparing to go to a "Senior's Residence, here in Kamloops and our 'move in'date is August 16th ... soon. .... so are busy. clearing things out we won't need there. The main reason we are moving is so I no longer have to cook and get meals ... every meal is provided for us.... and how fortunate that is ... a real holiday for sure. If you would like to see exactly where we will be living ... Look at the the site of "Berwick on the park Kamloops B.C." and you will see the luxury we will have. we move in on this coming Saturday August 16th ... so are very busy packing what we will need .... to take and leaving behind dishes and cooking kettles.... I almost cannot believe how fortunate I will be not to have to cook. We will post pictures as soon as we are there. We are fortunate to know many of the people residing there ... many also worked at the Hospital. I will post the address and new phone number as soon as Bill gets everything set up. have a look at the web site and see where we will be. For now, have a very nice day. # |
